Us and the Maniva
The Rambaldini family’s adventure began in 1971 when Ettore Rambaldini and Rosa Tavelli decided to rent a mountain refuge at Passo Maniva.
Today, some fifty years later, Rosa and her daughter Manuela are at the helm of the Dosso Alto Hotel kitchen, Miriam and Matteo pamper the guests and advise them on their choices, and Nada, the firstborn, runs the Cielo Alto Pizzeria, built in the old refuge where the family’s story began.

In front of the hotel, you will find the Cielo Alto pizzeria, also built in wood and stone in traditional mountain style.
The 1,700-metre altitude of Passo Maniva along with the delicate water typical of high mountain areas give our pizzas a unique leavening and flavour, which is complemented with fresh local products.
